For parts manufacturing, Shinway can manufacture gears, pinions, ring gear, housings, sun wheel with spline, planet carrier in wind power industry, sheave for high speed elevator, gears for high-speed rail and subway, and other high quality products. For gearbox design and manufacturing, our product include standard and non-standard industrial gearboxes for power industry, mining industry, metallurgy industry, petrochemical industry, cement industry and port industry; For example ,vertical mill reducer, air cooled condenser reducer, conveyor reducer, crusher reducer, ball mill reducer, bucket elevator reducer, stacker-reclaimer reducer, coal boring machine reducer and so on. Besides, we can undertake gear box maintenance business. Our key processing equipment are imported from abroad. We have German Hofler hobbing and grinding machines, Germany Starragheckert Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine Center, Japan MAZAK horizontal NC lathe , Japan Mori Seiki horizontal machining center ,Japan Mitsubishi Vertical Gantry Machine. For heat treatment .And we have Austria Aichelin carburizing heat treatment line. For the main testing Equipment, we have Germany Klingelnberg CNC automatic control of P300 Gear Measurement Center and Germany Leitz Coordinate Measuring Machining. We also have passed TUV ISO9001:2008 Certification.
