The exhibitor directory is your own profile page and product catalogue for attracting visitors to your stand. It is the first place visitors look when planning their event visit. Exhibitors should complete their listing profile as fully as possible to maximise interest and attract more visitors.

  • YOUR COMPANY PROFILE: The Exhibitor Directory lists your company profile summary and stand location. Listings are clickable and open a detailed profile page with reasons to visit your stand.
  • 100% COMPLETE: Ensure your profile page is fully complete to maximise visitor interest. Add photos, keywords, contact information and social media details to your profile.
  • OPTIONAL UPGRADE: You can upgrade to a premium listing for more visibility. Speak to your Account Manager for pricing.

EMPERIA LEAD SCANNING APP

Capture leads using our fast and reliable badge scanning mobile app

Forget business cards, Emperia is our very own scanning tool which gives you the ability to scan every one of your sales leads over the show. Unlike any other lead scan tool, this app also emails your leads with a personalised copy of your business listing.

  • MULTIPLE USERS: Request as many logins as necessary – or share the same one.
  • RATE YOUR LEAD: Add ratings and notes to each lead after scanning to prioritise your follow ups.
  • WORKS OFFLINE: No connectivity? All scans are saved on your device to be synced later.

EXHIBITOR DASHBOARD

The Exhibitor Dashboard offers a data-driven approach to help track and quantify the business value of participating at AIMEX beyond your exhibition stand. To access the Exhibitor Dashboard, simply log into your Exhibitor Task Hub and click on the dashboard icon. 

  • DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT: You can see the number of times website visitors viewed your exhibitor profile & product listing, added your company to their Show Plan, and visited your website through your listing.
  • PROFILE COMPLETION STATUS: This represents the completeness of your profile. Make sure you bring this to 100% so that visitors will know all about your brand and products.
  • MATCHMAKING: Matchmaking is our program where visitors are provided with a personalised list of exhibitor recommendations that match the product interests they indicated during registration. You can see how many times your company was recommended to visitors via email, our registration page and website.
  • LEADS: On the day of the event, you'll be able to track the number of leads collected using Emperia, our lead scan app.
