Asia-Pacific’s International Mining Exhibition (AIMEX) 2027 is building strong momentum ahead of its return to Adelaide Showground from 28–30 September 2027, with companies moving early to secure exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities as the event enters its next chapter.
Following its successful move to Adelaide, AIMEX will provide exhibitors with a high-value platform to showcase their products and capabilities, meet customers face-to-face and build relationships across the mining supply chain.
Prime Creative Media Relationship Manager – Mining Events, Rebecca Todesco, said the early response from industry demonstrated the strength of the AIMEX platform.
“We’re seeing strong interest from companies wanting to be part of AIMEX 2027, and it’s exciting to see that momentum building so early,” Todesco said.
“AIMEX is about bringing the right people together. It gives exhibitors the opportunity to showcase what they do, connect directly with mining companies and build relationships that can lead to new opportunities.”
Adding to the 2027 event is the inaugural Asia-Pacific Mining Investment Summit (APMI Summit), which will run alongside AIMEX on 29–30 September. The APMI Summit will connect resource companies with institutional investors, fund managers, analysts and investment advisers, creating a dedicated platform for commercial and investment connections.
The APMI Summit will feature an investor-focused program and Investment Pavilion, supported through partnerships with the Stockbrokers and Investment Advisers Association (SIAA) and Mines In The Vines.
Mines In The Vines Founder Nathan Lodge said the partnership would bring a fresh approach to investor engagement at the inaugural APMI Summit.
“Our goal is to create meaningful connections between presenting companies and our curated investor network in a relaxed, high-quality environment. By bringing the right people together, we can encourage genuine conversations, uncover new opportunities and build relationships that extend well beyond the Summit.”
The addition of the APMI Summit expands AIMEX’s role as a meeting point for the mining industry, bringing suppliers, operators, investors and business leaders together across three days of exhibition, discussion and networking.
Sponsorship opportunities are also filling, with TriCab securing the Networking Sponsorship, while Cirlock and Earthlight have confirmed Silver Sponsorships for AIMEX 2027.
“The sponsorship response has been fantastic,” Todesco said.
“We already have some great names secured, but there are still opportunities for businesses that want to make a bigger impact at AIMEX 2027.”
