Following a compelling and coordinated bid led by Business Events Adelaide in November 2024, the prestigious Asia-Pacific’s International Mining Exhibition (AIMEX) has moved to Adelaide and will now call South Australia home for the next decade.
This significant win marks a milestone for the state’s mining and business events sectors, with Adelaide set to welcome thousands of mining professionals, innovators, and investors from around Australia and the world every two years.
The successful bid was driven by the state’s peak independent body for business events, with strong support from the State Government. Together, the collaborative effort showcased South Australia’s unique strengths as a destination for major industry gatherings.
