When you decide to exhibit at AIMEX, begin by choosing the appropriate space on the exhibition floor. Choose from the following stand options:
STAND & SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
SPACE ONLY
This option provides floor space only (carpet or other flooring is NOT included). This is the best option for you if you are planning to have a custom designed stand built. You will need to provide documentation for approval for all custom stand builds.
SPACE & SHELL SCHEME
This is the most popular option for exhibitors. In this option, we provide both exhibition space and standard shell scheme (also commonly known as a booth). Shell scheme includes walls, fascia (signage with your company name and stand number), carpet tiles and lighting.
UPGRADE OPTIONS
AIMEX offers a number of different stand upgrade options. Typically, it will include a different type of walling to the standard shell scheme, designed to catch your customer's attention. Ask your Account Manager for more information.
WALK-ON PACKAGE
This is a furniture package that includes 2 chairs, 1 table, a brochure rack or a lockable cabinet, 1 power point and nightly stand cleaning (up to 36 sqm.).
SPONSORSHIP
With the whole industry coming together under one roof, AIMEX is the ideal opportunity to raise brand awareness and engage your target market.
