    1.) Tips for Success
    Looking for tips on how to make the most of your exhibition experience? Like any other marketing activity, trade shows require skilful planning and execution in order to produce the desired results. Here are some quick tips:

    • Set realistic objectives

    Reaching out to your existing and potential customers before the exhibition is vital to your success and nothing beats a personal invitation. Use the collateral below to promote the event and increase traffic to your stand. Update the editable e-invitation with your stand number and some of the innovative products you will showcase at AIMEX, then email to your customers and invite them to your stand.

  • Exhibition Directory Advertising Artwork

    To ensure you receive maximum exposure for AIMEX 2019 a Standard Marketing Package is included in your package, this includes Print and Online Advertising Features:

    • 100 word print listing in Exhibition Directory
    • Printed Brand and Product index listing
    • 250 word listing in online Exhibitor Directory
    • Product Profiles, Online Logo, Social Media Link and Email Enquiries
    • View the specifications (PDF 304kb) and upload your artwork.

  • Exhibitor Badges

    Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times by all staff members on your stand.
    Please complete FORM 7 in the Online Exhibitor Manual with all the names of exhibitors and staff working on your stand.

    From the information you provide via this form the following will be actioned before the show: A pre-printable Exhibitor Badge will be sent to you approximately one week out from the show (this is to the nominated email address provided)
    Once received, print this email confirmation and bring it with you to collect your badge holder onsite at the Customer Service Desk.

  • It's Free-To-Attend

    Remind all your contacts that AIMEX is a FREE-TO-ATTEND exhibition for trade personnel. All they need to do is to register online. Visitor registration will be open early May 2019.


  • Accommodation

    Our friends at Ozaccom have the inside word on staying in Sydney. Exhibitors and visitors are advised to book early to ensure all requirements can be met. For assistance with accommodation bookings, please contact our official travel partner, Ozaccom+.
