BRIDON manufactures a complete range of ropes for draglines and shovels including plastic enhancement outside and / or inside the rope. “Big T” brand 6-Strand and 8-Strand dragline running ropes are available in conventional and Dyform (compacted) strands. “Tiger Blue” and “Duracore” brand Dyform strand plastic enhanced shovel running ropes provide exceptional life and do not require additional lubrication during service. Boom suspension ropes for draglines and shovels in galvanised spiral strand and full locked coil construction are also manufactured.
For underground mining, BRIDON manufactures a complete range of winder ropes for vertical shaft and decline installations. Rope constructions include full locked coil, conventional or Dyform 6-Strand and 8-Strand, triangular strand and multi strand rotational resistant. Half locked guide and rubbing ropes are also manufactured.
BRIDON manufactures conventional and Dyform strand ropes for rope driven conveyors, including “Zebra” brand plastic enhanced ropes.
For ground support and strata control applications, BRIDON manufactures specialised strand including Dyform and low relaxation stress relieved products.
