In business since 1970 we manufacture hardfacing welding electrodes for mining, agriculture and commercial use. KDB electrodes are made for high wear applications such as drilling, pumping, digging, trenching, bucket and conveyor systems, chutes and hoppers. They are easy to apply either on site in all weather conditions or in the workshop using AC or DC current. All electrodes feature a tubular construction that allows low welding currents to be used to make sure the alloy is not lost into the substrate. Our electrodes come in 3 different sizes of 6, 8 and 12mm. There are 9 different grades to choose, from Chrome carbide to Tungsten carbide that can easily be applied in difficult conditions. With an infinite shelf life and a water resistant flux there is no need to dry the electrodes out before using them. Proudly Australian made.
