GRUENEWALD manufactures intrinsically safe measuring equipment „Made in Germany“ for underground mining use and is renowned for its standard of high quality and continuous development in the field of control and measuring instruments. Constantly involved in providing tailored solutions for customers, the range is constantly evolving and small quantity orders to suit bespoke applications are available. The devices are equipped with an up-to-date electronic technology and can be specified with a luminescent display. Various mechanical and electrical connections, output signals and measuring ranges are available. IECEx approved they are suitable to be used in hazardous areas including underground mining systems in QLD and NSW. Likewise the range of flowmeters for liquid media, pressure transducers, differential pressure transducers, temperature sensors, level transducers for liquid media as well as combinations of them are all proven in Australian underground conditions. Furthermore a regulating valve for liquid media, an inclinometer with one or two axis for measuring pitch and roll, a special pressure sensor for powered-roof-support systems with an up-to-date electronic technology as well as a patent temperature monitoring system for conveyor belt applications are available. Due to the processor electronics, high measuring accuracies and fast reaction times, as well as in conjunction with the mechanical design, a great variety of configurations can be realized. This allows customizing your measuring device for your application or a replacement device for your system.
